"I would recommend this course to anybody who wants to understand anxiety, ptsd and how it can effect the day to day life of somebody. I have suffered with this for many many years and have only recently been able to want to find out why. At the moment with lockdown I can not gain an appointment with a health care nurse so have spent lockdown reading and rereading books. Do get the help ;and do take this course it helps to understand that your'e ok , it's how our brains work and we can help ourselves to understand ."
